Notable Mentions - August Part 3

The nostalgia will be reflected in all categories today, so for those of you who have already read these pieces, just bear the fact that each of these pieces do need to be in the IHF and these particular categories. And well there are a lot of new readers and they shouldn't miss these great pieces either.

So the first Notable Mention, is a nostalgic one as well.

Mohabbat Door Jaane Na De by –doe-eyes-

Another vintage IPPKND piece but thankfully, at least to the best of my knowledge, its not been discontinued.

Should definitely be read when you are missing those pure IPKKND moments post MU and were looking for a redemption track earlier than expected! What the heck, if nothing else, read it for the romantic storyline, it will not be regretted.

Raizada and Sons by Kalyaani
[Mature Content]

I am fast becoming a fan of Kalyaani. Her eloquence and style sets her apart and makes her worthy of being listed with the writers in the IHF. The only reason that Raizada & Sons is not in the HoF is for the fact that is as yet a budding piece.

Why did I mention her style? Well mainly for the fact that she has a story to tell and its not just about romance, there is more to it. And she tells it well. She has the skill to unfold the story but at the same time keep the interest of the readers intact.

The characters she has added and the emotional roller coaster of the main protagonists has made this piece well worth reading.

Why Stardust? Well, because this happens to be one of my favourites...and this is one of the best renditions. And because I was listening to it while writing the Notable Mentions so...so should you. :)
